Not at all. All classes and activities are designed to be inclusive and adaptable to different fitness levels. Whether you're just starting out or already active, you’ll be supported every step of the way.

You'll enjoy fresh, nourishing meals prepared with whole ingredients—designed to energise and support your body. We cater to common dietary needs and will ask about allergies or preferences before you arrive.

The retreat takes place at Riverside Cabins in the heart of the Welsh countryside—a peaceful riverside location surrounded by nature and tranquility.

We’ll provide detailed travel info after booking. The site is accessible by car, and the nearest train stations are within a short drive. Transfers can be arranged if needed.

Not at all, whilst we encourage you to take part in as much as you can to get the full benefit of the retreat, everything is optional. This is your time, and you’re welcome to rest, reflect, or participate at your own pace. Listen to your body and take what you need.

Yes, we can. We take dietary needs seriously and are happy to accommodate allergies, intolerances, and specific preferences such as vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, or dairy-free. You’ll be asked to provide this information in advance so our team can plan accordingly and ensure you’re well looked after throughout your stay.

Once you apply, you’ll receive an email confirmation letting you know whether you’ve secured a spot on the retreat or have been added to the waiting list.

If you’re selected to attend, Junaid will be in touch within 24 hours to personally welcome you and answer any initial questions. From there, your payment plan will be arranged and sent to you via email for easy setup.

All payments MUST be paid in FULL by 15 July or your spot will be given to another and refunds WILL NOT be given.

On 21 July you will receive - “Your Retreat Is Just Around the Corner” email.

This includes everything you need to get ready – packing tips, Itinerary, and a link to join our private WhatsApp group.

Then, one week before your arrival, we’ll check in again to support you with any last-minute questions and make sure you feel fully prepared for the experience ahead.
